Hi All. Need help finding a smoker that can do it all

Greetings everyone.  I am from the Wasau WI. area, and have been using a Bradley smoker for a couple years ... with much frustration.

What I am wondering ... is there a smoker out there that "burns wood" for the proper flavors that are discussed here, that will also Cold Smoke at 65*F and reach high temps for BBQ ?  Pellet, Gas, or whatever.  Would like it to fit a 50lb. batch of summer.

You will need an electric smoker with an aftermarket temperature controller....   The AMNPS or AMNTS are very good smoke generators...

Todd's pellets are comprised of a single flavor wood, except where noted...  Unlike other manufacturers that use a base wood something like Alder or Oak, depending on their locale,...  Then add a portion of flavor wood...

The Sausage Maker has one smoker that does operate at a fairly low temp....   nepas has one...  ask him about it.....
