Pork tenderloin done 4 ways. Pre smoke. A bacon weave wrap with salt, pepper and garlic with brown sugar and pepper on top. Next is a mohunkin rub, third is McCormick pork rub. And finally is the cowboy (blend of brown sugar, coffee, pepper and cinnamon. )

The winner is bacon wrapped. In second place the regular pork rub third is the cowboy and finally the mohunkin. Pork Rub was good but too spicy, maybe less rub next time. The cowboy I will try on something grilled good flavor but maybe higher heat will help meld the flavors together better. The mohunkin was just not what I expected, not as sweet as I thought but yielded a thick bark. And well bacon.....everything is better with bacon.

Any sliced shots? I can't believe the bacon wrapped was the champ.
They look tasty.
