That is 160 lb boneless pork butt & 45 lbs boneless thighs.

Saturday will consist of the following:
60 lb cheddar jalapeño
15 lb cherry, jalapeño & cheddar
30 lb cheddar
15 lb nola Andoullie
25 lb bulk bfast sausage
15 lb apple maple bfast sausage
25 lb italian sundried tomato, basil, garlic, & mozzarella chicken
20 lb chicken wing sausage w blue cheese

3 guys & some beer

Should be a good way to work Fridays hangover off...anyone ever use dried cherries in sausage before this is an experimental one kinda curious how it will torn out.
