Hi my name is John from Montreal Canada I have been smoking for about 4 years now with my propane grillpro smoker ( good for somebody who never smoked before) I have about 4 BBQ a charcoal one, gas one, pizza oven and my smoker I'm looking to downsize from 4 to 3 I want to get rid of my smoker and charcoal grill and buy something were I can do both I have been looking at smokey mountain 22.5 and 18.5 or my alternate option would be Weber Performer - Charcoal BBQ Grill any advice. The reason for is I don't get the bark I want on my meat with the propane smoker. I usually smoke ribs pull pork and lamb not very often IL make some smoked salmon.
