Hey everyone. My name is shawn and I am pretty new at the smoking game. Currently working with a cheap offset smoker and just got a vertical charcoal smoker. I have done 2 runs on both to moderate success. Kids and wife liked the butts more than me,but I am pretty damn picky on bbq and smoke so...
