Greetings:

I have no experience but have a desire to learn more about smoking and curing meats and fish. I have used indirect cooking on a grill and have used a modified Char-griller offset grill
Born, raised and live in Montana, USA. My brother helped me brine and smoke some trout last summer and I am hooked.
My family ordered a Landman 38" vertical propane smoker as a gift. It should arrive next week. I have already looked into accessories like door seals, thermometers and an inline needle valve.
Once it arrives and I get started I am sure I will have lots of questions.

I will be taking the 5-hour course ASAP.

Thank you all, in advance, for the welcome and assistance.

You definitely came to the best and right place. Hello and welcome to SMF from the Great white North
