Good afternoon everyone,
I am excited to have found this site as I am new to smoking I just purchased a Bradley Smoker but I'm not sure how to use it to its fullest capabilities yet. Prior to the actual smoker I was using wood chips on a grill so I'm excited to have an actual smoker. I look forward to all the tips and wonderful things you have to share I already found a tip on smoking a cooked turkey breast which I will be trying tomorrow thanks everyone

Welcome from a fellow SC native.  You definitely picked the right site.  The guys and gals on here are great and you have access to more info then you'll ever need.

Welcome from the upstate, Miss B. It's really good to have you here on this great site with all of the fine folks who are always eager to share their ideas, recipes and tips. All you have to do is ask away and keep reading.

I don't know anything about your particular smoker, but click on the smoker sub-section and locate your smoker. You should have all of the reading you want for a while.

What area of SC are you in.

Good luck and good smoking, Joe. :grilling_smilie:
