Hi I'm Gary,
The email says Taz that's more for the attitude and hair than anything else. I'm in South Florida, West Palm Beach area,
I have 3 smokers I use each at different times and 1 cold Smoker that I'm experimenting with. So far pretty good luck. My wife says I have to many but so what!
1 pellet Smoker for travel
1 electric Smoker
1 fold up electric Smoker that's for travel too
I gave my gas fired Smoker away. (I do regret that but my friend likes it)
