Looks great,I thought about breaking out the panni grill but didn't want to carry it out of the basement.

Man, looks great!   I have some store bought dry cured stuff left over from the superbowl..this might be a quick dinner one night this week.

That looks sooo good, I love putting meats in to grilled cheeses.... Especially the dry ones....

Thanks, I don't think I would be using store bought dried meats.  VERY expensive.
