Picked up some pork steaks from the local butcher this morning. We are having my in laws over for supper this evening.

Put a little BBBR on them and in the fridge for a few hours.

Got the smoker fired up and holding at 230. I plan on doing a rough 2-2-1. I have applewood chips. Plan on finishing them off with some hickory brown sugar BBQ sauce.

My 3rd smoke was finally a success. The pork steaks were fork tender...no knife needed! They had a good amount of smoke. The sauce paired well. We had mashed potatoes, corn, and stuffing for sides.

Just before going in the oven at 170 to hold while the sides finished up.

One lonesome steak left...lunch tomorrow!!!

Those look tasty! Nice job BBG
