Here is the hi mountain original snack sticks kit and the new Stuffer.


Used 80/20 and followed the directions on the kit. Into the stuffer, about 3*


Here they are before going on the smoker. Had a couple blow outs! Think the collegan casings are old from the kit. Started stuffing more loosely, not pretty! Lol


On the smoker at 130* for about a hour, then used hickory for smoke and ran 160-200 for 2 hours.

Cut up and into a brown bag and in the fridge. First time doing snack sticks! The hi mountain original blend taste good! Will use it again. Thanks to everyone on the forum,for all there how too's in getting me this far in sausage! Much appreciated!

Lol! Lauren would eat em all! I'm lucky,she love's this stuff as much as i do!


This is after 3 days in fridge. I used what was in the tube and bottom of stuffer to do the naked ones from how you did yours. Love them like this! Good smoke on em!
 
Look great Jay....I've got some in the freezer yet, but seeing your sticks has me getting them in the fridge for the weekend.

Thanks bg! There gone already! Gotta make more! Sticks were great with some extra sharp cheddar!
