hey everyone. My name is Daniel! I'm from Los Angeles and for the last year or so I've been on YouTube and forums just reading and learning as much as I can about smoking. While I was doing that, I didn't even own a smoker. For xmas, my wife bought a Weber smokey mountain 18.5". I felt like a little kid. :)
I hope to learn a lot more than I already have off the forums. I will be posting my first smoke experience today. Thx!

OK, after dinging around various neighborhoods, now you have found THE site for the real stuff.

Use the Search function in the upper right corner and the Articles and you might find more info than you need all in one place.

When you have time fill in your profile and let us know where you are located.

Let us know how your smokes are going, and if any of us can help in any way, let us know.

Start planning what you are going to do for your second smoke, it won't be long..
