Hey everyone-

I just started the venture into smoking. I have a 30" Masterbuilt and over the weekend did ribs, pork butt, a chicken and just tonight did a a meat loaf. Everything has turned out pretty well thus far and will be tweaked along the way. I welcome any and all recipes and opinions or "must-try's"

I would like to get some feedback for new meat probes, as the one on the smoker does seem to be off about 10 degrees.

As for must tries, you should check out fatties & ABT's.

Also smoked beans are killer!
