Some light snow today really made me want to fire up the cooker today so while at the store I picked up some fresh BB ribs.
Seasoned half with BB Butt rub w/turbanado and half with Island Spice All Purpose rubs. One half each on 1/2 pair of the Octoforks and half on the other.
Not too bad maybe a 50 minute cook and they were tender as all get out with a good smoke ring and the tiny bubbles some of us like to call "pig honey"!
