Hello to all,I'm from far Western Kansas. I haven't done much smoking, mostly on deer meat making sausage, jerky, and snack sticks, so I'm sure I'll learn a lot from all of you,I'm using a green mountain grill to smoke my meat. Came across this forum while looking for a snack stick recipe
