​First try chickens and sausage, second try brisket and turkey...

​not the final product on either one more like at half ways thru the smoke...anyway  here it goes...probably try pulled pork this weekend.  Keep in mind that these are my first and only two smokes any pointers are welcomed...

Everything came out great..(well I'm a little biased...) the family devoured everything.  My favorite was the brisket, since it was my first one I decided to keep it safe and purchased the rub from one of our favorite BBQ joints (Rudy's) and I think I came our awesome... About 11 hours at 225 and the last hour at 250...to reach an internal temp of 190-200.  the bark was to die for (my opinion)...
