Doing some Vortex wings and green beans for the Saints game tonight.

Added some Texas's Pete's hot buffalo sauce for the last 30 minutes.  Cooked a total of 45 minutes indirect with the Vortex.

Kinda lost my appetite with the Saints performance, or lack thereof.  Here's a plated shot for your discretion, I think everything sucks at the present moment.

Thanks Adam!  This was my first time grilling green beans.  Fresh green beans, thinly sliced 3 green onions (didn't have a shallot), 3 toes of minced garlic, drizzled olive oil and salt & pepper.  I wanted to squeeze half a lemon on em, but I forgot.  I grilled them over the left over coals after the wing cook.  7 minutes, flip em around with a spatula, 7 minutes more.  They were tasty!  I do asparagus the same way.

Tasty looking wings, I can eat anything during football season benefit of being a Detroit lions fan! Once your team is 0-16 it doesn't hurt anymore!:biggrin:

Thanks b-one!  I feel your former pain.  But after winning the Superbowl, there are high hopes every season.  Once we see reality, it hurts.  I'll get to the point where it don't hurt anymore, probably after Brees is gone.

Great looking wings!

I don't watch a lot of pro ball. College on the other hand. My Ducks aren't doing good this year either. To make matters worse my wife is a Bama fan.. so sick of them winning.
