Well guys its been awhile since I've been any kind of presence around here.
To make a long story short I quit my job as a meat manager/ meat cutter at the local grocery store where I worked for 28 years. Too much stress, too much stupidity, and too much of a strain on my health and marriage. BUT....Its all behind me and I'm back working for my friend and mentor Bob Frobose. I know more than likely none of you know who Bob is, but let me tell you...He is the man that trained me to cut meat. Manage a successful meat dept., and instill a strong work ethic in myself. He runs a small custom butchering shop in Pemberville, Ohio. Maybe you've heard of it? Frobose Meat Locker. Any-who at the time I was at my wits end with the new requirements the great and all powerful oracle were putting on me to do more with less. Bob called me and asked if I would want to work with him and his sons at their meat locker. Well no-brainer for me! I'm not in charge, no head aches , no stupid calls at home, No More Stress!!! Plus the best thing is I get to learn breaking beef, hogs, and deer. A skill I was never taught since crockery stores don't use hanging beef anymore. Dang... this story has gotten pretty long winded!
Since my stress level is nada!!! I have time for smoking and posting Q-View again! I'll try to get my skills back on track. Well that's all for now. Till we meet again!
