Hello, my name is Fred and I am from Juneau, Alaska.

I am fairly new to smoking with my GMG DB pellet grill.

Although I have smoked a lot of salmon over the years in our smoke house in the back yard.

I just did my first suckling pig this weekend and it turned out really good. It was a 30lb pig and I smoked it 10 hours. First at 180 degrees for a little over 3 hours and 5 hours at 225. I got worried because I was having guess over at 5pm, so the last couple hours I turned it up to 250 degrees to get an internal temp of 165 in the hams. I i'm able to I will post some pictures

I look forward to smoking some more. Already ordered another suckling pig.

Take care,

Fred
