Smoked rumaki?

Anyone tried smoking rumaki? I'm planning on making rumaki this weekend and I'm wondering if they're better low n slow or hot and fast?

Yep smoked rumaki is great. I have varied temps depending on what else I was cooking. If poultry or all appetizers hot and fast usually. Or throw some on with slower cooks.
