Ron here, from NE Illinois. New to the group but have been smoking for a few years with propane vertical water smokers but have recently made the jump to a pellet grill. Bought a GMG Daniel Boone wireless a few weeks ago. Love it so far but I don't know what it is, just can't seem to get ribs cooked right. Not necessarily with the pellet grill but even prior. I'll start other threads to go over the specifics and hopefully gain some much needed insights. God news is my pulled pork and chicken have been very tasty.
