Thanks for the add. I've done a ton of reading on the site and decided to join due to the incredible amount of info available. I picked up a Brinkmann double door charcoal smoker from a neighbor for an incredible price of free. So far I've done one successful batch of jerky with amazing success and now all I can think about is what to smoke next. Looking forward to learning from everyone here.
