Hello, I'm new to the world of smoking food. I've just reticently purchased a "Masterbuilt 30" Electric, Bluetooth Smoker" and I'm very excited to get started. I've never smoked meats before now and I'm not sure where to start (ie. wood chips to buy, what to soak the chips in, what flavor of chips go best with what kinds of meats and all the rest...). All I do know is that I need to season my new smoker. Also I would like to say Hi to everyone. My name is Brian and I hale from Bullhead City, AZ (Yes, it get's hotter than 120 here in the summer) So, this is me I look forward to learning everything you can teach me....
