Hello from Denver

Been reading this forum for a while, just got around to joining.  Been smoking meat a long time, but I'm always open to trying new ways to do things. Just started making bacon about a year ago. Learned to smoke when I lived in Texas and Louisiana. 1st smoker was a Cook-N_Cajun which is kinda of like a WSM, but not as good cuz the bottom wasn't sealed properly.

Current smokers:

WSM

Large custom built wood burning offset 

Cabela's Sportsman model of the MES which I got mainly for smoking bacon.

I've learned a lot reading this forum.

Welcome from SC, Chuck. It's good to have you here on this great site. I've only been to Denver once, but it's the bluest sky I've ever seen.
