Big Bill here in South West Ohio BBQ Capital of the World. Ok maybe not the Capital but there are a few of us Smoke Eaters around these parts. I've been a lurker here for a long time and I love the Forum and use it for all my research. We're here to help one another and I applaud that, I bow to all of you and say thanks for all the help and ideas.
