Hello everyone I am relatively new to smoking on my own even though I used to work in a BBQ restaurant where we used a large brick pit. I now am a proud owner of a redhead charcoal water smoker. I live in Florida but have roots in Tennessee and North Carolina. Love that vinegar based BBQ.
