I found this forum while doing a search because I am having problems with my Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite 30" Single door smoker. It get too hot. While looking for solutions, I came to the realization that there is a vast majority of information in these forums. I cannot wait to try some of the recipes and suggestions. A little about me. I live in Lansing, MI and I just bought my first propane smoker last year. Before that I used a Chargriller Smokin Pro and before that I used a Weber Kettle. I was hoping to be able to regulate my heat better in the propane smoker, but alas that was not the case. I hope everyone who is celebrating memorial day this weekend has a wonderful weekend.
