I marinate firm tofu strips in soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, fresh grated garlic, ginger and sliced green onions(Thai dragon chilies, if you are so inclined ). Then deep fry for an awesome snack.
If you have an authentic Korean restaurant near you, try a soft tofu stew. It will convert the the most dedicated carnivore into an omnivore in seconds.
Soon Dubu is the food of the gods!! Korean food is my hands down favorite cuisine. :)
Nice looking smoke Adam, Yard bird looks great. as does the Bologna. As many times as I have made bologna I have never double smoked it I usually grill or fry it.
How did it turn out ? Points for a great smoke and making Bologna your Veggie
