Soon Dubu is the food of the gods!!  Korean food is my hands down favorite cuisine. :)

Nice looking smoke Adam, Yard bird looks great. as does the Bologna. As many times as I have made bologna I have never double smoked it  I usually grill or fry it.

 

How did it turn out ?           Points for a great smoke and making Bologna your Veggie    points1.png

I would do it again, it melted a lot of the fat out which is what I was going for.
