Chicken Breasts

So i put some breasts in a honey salt brine last night and just got them on the lil webber...




Hit with some garlic, pepper, and italian seasoning after rinsing and stuck back in fridge for an hour. Smoking with apple wood. More to come.

So the chicken was a hit with the wife! She said it didnt taste like any chicken she had ever had. I agree with her 100% it is hands down the best chicken breasts i have ever had and i dont care for the usually! Thanks for making this possible for me to acomplish to all who has posted information on here for me to learn from!
