Im from Schenectady, NY and im new to this smoking meat.
First attempt with a charcoal smoker went horribly wrong. Then I up graded to a Smoke Hollow propane unit. Second attempt went much better, very tasty; but extremely dry (could be because i forgot to add water to the pan)....lol
As Im typing this I have attempt number 3 underway; nice 2.75 pound pork roast. So far smells excellent!
The picture shows the finished product. Never did get the chance to take a pic of it sliced; it disappeared as fast as it was sliced. Third time was a charm for me!!! On to the next one[emoji]128077[/emoji][emoji]128077[/emoji]
