Has anyone used Hardy Plank to build a smokehouse.  Pros or cons.

Hi AT, Never used hardy plank, but I did use regular cement

board then lined the entire inside with aluminum flashing.

Then sealed it completely, all the seams with Permatex red.

The red is food safe.

Oh, and welcome to the forum, great place.

Keep on smokin'                             Ed
