Great day to be smoking brisket!

Smoked this bad boy for 11 1/2 hrs, at 230 degrees with my amnps. Used pitmaster's choice pellets, highly recommend it. Let it sit for 20 mins after I pulled it out of my MES 30". Now going to let it rest for 1-2hrs. Will post pics once I start slicing.

Thanks SmokinAl and Dave!  This Forum has been a huge help for me in smoking foods!  This weekend going to smoke beef short ribs.  Will post pics on Sunday.

Have a great Friday everyone.
