Traeger Select Pro not lighting

I've had my Select Pro for a little over a year, pulled the cover off today to smoke some ribs.

The auger is turning, and I got a little bit of smoke, but the firebox keeps filling up with pellets and not lighting.

Any advice?  Thanks!

Try emptying the fire box out completely and then try restarting. If you managed to get a little smoke the heating element must be getting hot. Don't know if this will help, but you could give it a try.

Should have called customer service before posting.  My fan was seized, and in fact had a large leaf holding it back.

Hadn't needed to troubleshoot it previously, but I'll have a better idea going forward.
