I am new here to this forum and I am excited to learn more about smoking. I have had a master-built 30" electric smoker for just about a year now. Still have a few foods I haven't tried smoking yet. Ribs and brisket. I love the portability of my smoker. My wife and I camp all summer long and the smoker comes with us. Very easy to throw it in the back end of the truck. I am looking forward to picking up some great smoking tips, recipes, and meeting new people on this forum.
