Cold smoking bacon on my Assassin24

We were almost out of bacon, so I started curing some pork belly a week ago and it is now in the smoker.

This is the first time I am cold smoking on my new Assassin24, and it seems to work.

I use the recipe made by Bearcarver, as I always do :)
