Coming here from outside Austin in the Texas hill country. Been smoking for years and now have a Smoky Mountain propane smoker for a couple years. Enjoy smoking briskets, baby backs, spare ribs. Used your ideas to smoke a prime ribeye roast at Christmas and today, a delicious set of beef short ribs. Thanks for all the info, recipes and ideas.
