Tri Tip and Chicken Breasts

Fired up the WSM today for a little Hawk game cooking. Ok, well, that's just an excuse. It's raining but I'm still going for it!

Got 2 tips from Costco and froze one of them. Tossed on a couple chicken breasts as well to maximize the smoke.

1.5 hours in

About 30 minutes left or so to go. Can't wait for the goodness.

All done, time to rest for 20 minutes or so

Time to eat - finally!

Free bites for everyone!

So tender and mouth-melting.  Wish I could share.thumb1.gif

Have a nice Sunday.

At least we have smokers. They tend to make a bad day good.

My two oldest sons play rugby, so it's kinda tough watching pro football, but I feel obligated to be a Vikings fan.

Right on, sounds great. I've never q'ed a pizza before. How did it turn out?

Sorry about the Saints. We were pulling for them in this house.
