Question on Boneless beef chuck ribs

Thread Starter

I saw some of these at Walmart today for $4.99 lb.   What is the best way to cook these (low and slow or high temp) and what temp do I want to cook them too?

Thought I would give them a try tomorrow.

Low & Slow:

I think you mean Boneless Chuck Roast.

If that's the case, below are Step by Steps for One Chucky and Two Chuckies:

I have seen these in the stores and they are usually like Bear says... Slices of chuck labeled as ribs. Just a marketing ploy but tasty all the same. Follow @Bearcarver and you can will be in for some good eats!
