Just bought a Masterbuilt Pro Digital Electric Smoker.
Standing next to it is my Big Chief that I've used for years. I raise my own meat and will be putting 2 chickens and a butt in brine tonight. Haven't name him yet, will see.
Smoking salmon is a way of life uphere, looking forward to smoking other things.
