Cucumber Overload !!

Hey all, just reaching out to any of ya that might have an idea on what to do with an overload of just standard cucumber's ? We have a bunch of these & are just wondering what to do with all of them... We are open to any ideas y'all may have !

Pickle them. Kimchi is another option.

Lots of pickles... :yahoo:

 

 

dills, spicy dills, garlic dills...

 

bread 'n butter slices...

 

sweet...

 

 

 

 

tzatziki sauce for mediterranean foods(falafels, gyros, shawarma)

 

 

 

sliced into salads and banh mi sammies

Look up Happy Girl Kitchen for pickling ideas. They make 1000's of lbs every year.
