Hello all,

My name is Chuck, my family and I live in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas.

I am new to smoking, having just gotten my Charbroil electric a few days ago.

I did my first couple racks of baby back ribs yesterday...delicious! Today I'm doing some brined and rubbed, thick cut, pork chops.

Thanks for having me here and for sharing all your wisdom and experience, I look forward to reading posts and trying recipes.

God Bless y'all,

Chuck

I hear that! Cooper's beef ribs are awesome. There are a ton of great BBQ joints within an hours drive....that's what has me wanting to do this.

when I worked offshore, my wife and I would drive to NB just to eat lunch at coopers. lol. its been a while since we've been there. may be time for another trip.
