I received a MES 30 for Father's Day and have pretty much become addicted since. After my first two smokes I moved to AMNPS and haven't looked back. Always wanted to try smoking and now I know why. I have to say that this place has been a wealth of information and so far all of the advise has lead to some really good eats.
I've done a number of things on the smoker so far including Short Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Whole Chicken, Pulled Pork for 15 people, Brisket and just recently my attempt at Montreal Smoked Meat for my wife's birthday.
