Brisket Stuffed Smoked Mushrooms
Quick and easy appetizer using crimini mushrooms, leftover brisket, grated garlic, fresh from the garden thyme, parmigiano reggiano, evoo, panko, and salt and pepper to taste. Total time smoking on my WSM: 1 hour @ 225-230 using pecan.
This was no where near enough. Lasted maybe 5 minutes from when I pulled them off of my WSM...
I could see this as being a main course if I had used portabella Mushrooms.
