Well just got some ribs going this fine morning, nice cool weather here in Wyoming. Nothing fancy just felt like sharing and getting some amazingly helpful tips on how to smoke.

This was my first attempt with ribs. I tried using the 3-2-1 method. Turned into the 4-3-1 after was all said and done. Just a few mistakes with the charcoal. A great learning experience for sure.
