Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum, but have been cooking "Q" for several years. I'm from Arkansas and have cooked on electric, gas, and good ol' wood and charcoal. I've made some great food and some that just wasn't so great. I prefer hickory for smoking, but mainly cause I haven't really cooked on much else.
Looking forward to all of the information here on the forum.
Happy Cooking!!
