Still trying to catch up with myself LOL.

 

Pastrami

Thin Sliced

it is okay to use a slicer if you have to

Butter one side of your bread for pan toasting,place butter side down

Arrange meat on the bread

Sauerkraut on

Dressing

Swiss Cheese

Preheat your oven I toast the bread in the pan place in oven to brown

Serve hot
