Your favorite hot dogs cut up into 1" or so pieces. I can of chunk pineapple. A jug of your favorite BBQ sauce. Put in a foil pan. Smoke in the smoker for 1.5-2 hours depending on smoker temp.

Made them plenty of times and yes well worth it. Ps. If you make to many they freeze well till the next time you need them, which won't be long.

I'm going to try some wicked beans, from your pics it looks like a 28oz can of beans and tidbits for the pineapple. Were the ribs dripping into them as they smoked?
