Hi all, this forum has been a ton of help the past couple days in assisting me from deciding what smoker to purchase to how to modify, to seasoning and accessories. I purchased my MES digital bluetooth 40 from Bass pro, and masterbuilt stand. Also ordered the masterbuilt cold smoker kit from amazon, when it gets here I'll figure out how to install it and build a custom stand for it since my smoker is on a stand. Going to start with a pork butt or shoulder first.
