I started a pork butt on my Traeger last night on the smoke setting at about 8pm. It was still going strong and holding steady at 11:30pm. I woke up sometime between 2-4am and the power was still on. When I got up at 7am, the power was out. The IT of the pork was 140. Do you think this is safe to eat? We're having a bunch of people over and I don't want to get anyone sick! Thanks!
