Did some baby back ribs over the weekend and they came out perfect. Prep the ribs, put the rub on them, in the smoker at 230, started doing the bend test after cooking for 3.5 hrs, let them cook for .15min more, put a little barbque sauce on for .15 min for a total of four hours and turn out perfect for my taste. Just a bite on the meat and it came right off of the bone.
